To reserve a property for any week all you need do is to send us an email. This process is simplified if you click on the price relative to your chosen property and week from the Accomodation Price List where you can also check availability. Your reservation will normally be confirmed promptly unless a prior reservation has been received for that property.

You will then be asked to send us a Good Housekeeping Deposit of £250 for each week (and part week) reserved, on receipt of which your booking will be confirmed in writing. The Good Housekeeping Deposit will be refundable within 7 days of the end of your stay subject to any deductions arising in our “Inventory” and “Damages” conditions - see Terms and Conditions.

If no deposit has been received by us within 7 days from the time of confirmation of your reservation, your reservation shall be deemed to be cancelled.
